The idea here is that Imrahil and Elrond want the same sort of deck: A deck with a ton of expensive dudes in it. Imrahil has the restriction that you want those dudes to have particular traits, but that leaves a ton of options. That's fun, because it lets you build a deck with 1-of an awful lot of unique allies.

This deck starts off fast. The heroes provide 9 questing turn one, plus Imrahil can pull a chump (or possibly an actual defender) if you have to fight. Medium term, you try to get some attachments on Elrond, particularly Vilya+Unexpected Courage/Light of Valinor or Song of Kings+Steward of Gondor. Once you have either of those sets (or even just Vilya, assuming you don't need the willpower), you should be able to start building overpowering board strength.

One note: Song of Kings could easily be A Good Harvest. On the other hand, it allows you to use Déorwine effectively, and it's a cheap attachment you can afford to lose, so I prefer it.

Enjoy!
