This is the questing half of a Noldor Fellowship I'm working on. It can quest for enormous amounts relatively quickly, can keep its threat low for the whole game, and can usually Keep Gandalf with his staff and Shadowfax in play for most of the game.

The Sideboard is useful when not playing with the combat oriented deck.

Is To the Sea, to the Sea! worth including just for Elrond? With Glorfindel and the brothers in the deck I could see it being worthwhile, but as it is at the moment it can only target Elrond.

Unless you're excluding Elven-light as a personal challenge I'd have to think 3 copies would be worth it here. And with some more card draw and ability to manipulate the discard pile, Sailor of Lune and maybe Lindir are better includes than the Lorien Guides at least
