This deck quests well from turn 1 with the heroes contributing 10 immediately. Pretty straightforward, the deck does its one thing well so it needs some help in combat. I would trade out some of the non-Noldor allies for ones with the trait after release to make To the Sea, to the Sea! better. Cards that perform really well in the deck include Pelargir Shipwright, Elven-light, and Sailor of Lune with Shadows Give Way being a potentially clutch performer.
