This was created for the August 2023 Solo League. The Gimli/Legolas combo provides defense/attack and questing while Kahliel gets the strong Harad allies in play.
Aside from the Haradrim kit, we have Dúnedain Remedy to provide healing, Dwarven Shield and Hauberk of Mail to bolster Gimli's defense, and Elven-light from Legolas to discard (and provide additional card draw). I look for Elven-light in the opening hand above other cards, though Steward of Gondor, Unlikely Friendship and Kahliel's Headdress are also good.
