dalestephenson has a newer deck inspired by this one: PBF Foundations of Stone Leadership/Lore

Progression deck created to take on Watcher in the Water with Dain/Gloin/Bifur, it is a lore heavy deck reliant on Song of Wisdom and Bifur's ability to turn leadership into Lore. We will need Erebor Record Keeper's ability to ready Dain if necessary, he will be our backstop against the Wrapped treachery. We have no answer to the quest's threat increases except Gandalf with his friend Sneak Attack. We do have some silver bullets for getting through the end, though. Lure of Moria and For Gondor! can help take down the watcher, while Henamarth Riversong can figure out what card we need to open the Doors of Durin -- or Shadow of the Past can set up an easy open for us.
