The idea of this deck cam from playing quests that required high power, high combat capabilities from the start. I also specifically wanted to create a deck centered around dwarf mining. It's pretty self explanatory. Get the Gondorian Fire and Blood of Númenor or Boromir and place all your profits from your excavation company onto Boromir. At the same time use Dáin Ironfoot for easy 6 . Gildor Inglorion is included for some semblance of questing power and card draw. The charts don't tell the whole picture. While it looks imbalanced on the spirit side of things remember that most of these cards are being discarded for resources and free points. Imladris Stargazer is important early on to either fuel Zigil Miner or ensure you aren't discarding the necessary cards for Dáin Ironfoot defense boost. Gildor Inglorion pretty much just spends money on card draw, which can also be handy in multiplayer. Ring of Thrór is excellent for multiple defenses from Dáin Ironfoot. Between Dáin Ironfoot and Boromir you should have no trouble in handling several foes at once. I think this deck is definately suited for two handed/multiplayer. You can contribute some but not enough for a true solo deck. I am thinking about replacing Minas Tirith Lampwright for another card, perhaps focused. The Lampwright was included in a saga campaign with all those surging burdens.
