Mulligan for a Radagast's Staff. Then don't buy more than one eagle a round to activate Radagast's ability and only use Radagast to buy eagles. Osbera will quest and pay for neutral cards until you don't really need her(not often). You can flip her if you don't really need resources or if you want to use the ability. Support of the Eagles goes on Grimbeorn the Old first. Always keep a resource on Grimbeorn for his ability. Use Gather Information to get Radagast's Staff. Song of Battle goes on Osbera (Yes, I know she is also technically tactics). Protector of Lórien is really only in their to get rid of the duplicates while getting more willpower.
I find this deck very powerful. Kind of low on the questing side but can usually quest for themselves pretty well. Enemy's aren't ever really a problem.
I would love any advice on what you could do to make this deck better.
