An attempt at making Rohan great. Allies used are quite expensive but with the cost reduction from Théoden and Hirgon its not that bad.
Really needed Gandalf for both card draw and potential threat reduction. Included 3 Gandalf and Sneak Attack to help with that.
Honour Guard and Dúnedain Remedy helps with healing/damage reduction.
Gondorian Shield and Armored Destrier makes Denethor a great defender.
Denethor enables you to play Steward of Gondor on the first turn. Steward of Gondor should go onto Théoden and in later turns allows resources to go from Denethor to either Hirgon or Théoden once all the leadership cards are paid for.
