Carder89 has a newer deck inspired by this one: Prince Imrahil, King of the Eagles RtM
This deck requires excellent questing support, because it does not add much willpower itself. Faramir is the exception to this, as you can quest with the many allies you put down and boost there willpower to get a respectable total. Born Aloft can be used on both Gandalf and Snowbourn Scout to keep them supporting the other deck(s). I added more willpower boosters in this one because of the escape tests. Rear Guard works nicely with Keen-eyed Took and Snowbourn Scout.
