Works in solo as well, you just need to swap out Elladan for Legolas and Legolas for another Rúmill
You want to mulligan hard for either Nenya or Song of Wisdom- being four sphere it relies very heavily on getting the missing sphere on Galadriel as soon as possible.
Steward of Gondor was omitted because the sister deck runs it, and it's a bit cheesy really. In the end, O Lórien! should be sufficient non sphere restricted reduction and Horn of Gondor should help in offsetting the cost of the bounce effects.
