This is a deck I've been having fun with. I know that The Burglar's Turn has a bad rep, but I find it fun, and it lets me fit lots of fun tactics events in that I don't otherwise play with. It's a solid combat deck, not the best ever but decent. Obviously it's meant to go with another questing deck. (See fellowship.)
Mulligan: good cards to see early are Eagles of the Misty Mountains (which lets you play your other eagles to then boost it), The Eagles Are Coming! (to get eagles), and Legolas (since it's the only card draw in the deck, unless you happen to get either Stone of Elostirion or Glamdring out of the Burglar's deck.
