it is good, you become very fast very swarmy, and all can quest at least for 1 thx to (MotK) Faramir

you draw fast because of The Last Alliance + The Eagles Are Coming! or + Soldier of Gondor and Ingold

if getting Steward of Gondor and put on Faunith (how thematic..... ;)) then you can pay the Eagles of the Misty Mountains 1. round thx to contract

faster swarm with A Very Good Tale
i think it is good, but not op. there are enough szenarios where swarm is punished.
you are not so much worse (if at all), with Denethor instead of (MotK) Faramir and try to play him fast. you would start with 4 less thread.
what do u think?
