Warden of Arnor 5911
Since it occurred to me I can't help but imagine ally Boromir acting liking Monty Python's Black Knight, taking every wound in his stride and always coming back for more.
This deck tries to get as much as possible out of ally Boromir and his ability to ready when he takes damage. With Raiment of War, Ent Draught, Vigilant Guard and Defender of the West he has 2 and 10 , he can siphon damage from other characters, and he can even take damage from undefended attacks. Honour Guards (and potentially Vigilant Guards on other characters) can try to limit him to 1 damage per attack to preserve his hit points as much as possible, and the Wardens of Healing plus Elrond can heal him up afterwards so he can keep doing it round after round.
The problem is getting this set up. Galdor of the Havens can use his alternate mulligan ability to find combo pieces faster, as can all the other card draw (Master of the Forge is great since most of the important cards are attachments). Mablung's resource generation will help a lot, as will Elrond's ability to pay for allies of any sphere (e.g. Boromir). Remember you need to play one of the Ent allies before you can play Ent Draught (or Entmoot). Proud Hunters is in the sideboard as an option to help get the necessary resources in the early game, but most of the deck is pretty cheap, with Boromir and Vigilant Guard being the only cards costing more than 2.
