Get them Outlands characters out to make an unstoppable force for Hirluin the Fair whilst, in the meantime, questing with Prince Imrahil and engaging enemies with Mablung to benefit from his resource pooling.
Plenty of Gondor allies to defend with, some better than other but, if they do die Prince Imrahil will ready and can mop up enemies.
Plenty of Gondor based Events and attachments to boost one half of the deck and a couple of ranged based cards for Hirluin the Fair to benefit from.
Optionally, can interchange Boromir with Prince Imrahil and add a Captain of Gondor, dealers choice.
Could do with some more Outlands cards but this will have to do.
Major weakness arises when Outlands allies start dying as an unstoppable questing or attacking force will quickly dwindle, so make good use of those Gondor meatshields.
