Dwalin is Fastred
This is a silly concept deck using the cheapness of Theoden + Rohan allies with the enemy repelling abilities of Fastred.
Ideally you would engage an enemy, defend with Fastred and then send it back for the threat reduction, thus allowing you to stay low and engage more selectively.
Put Strider on Fastred, Windfola too if able. Suddenly he can quest for 4 and then ready with Unexpected Courage or Westfold Horse-Breaker if you engage an unwanted enemy or one too many enemies.
Oh, you desire more jank? Song of Battle can go on one of them and then you can put Golden Shield on Fastred and Spear of the Citadel to defend for 6 and deal a damage each time. Use Close Call to cheat Death and Tides of Fate to save from attack boosting shadow effects.
This deck has not been tested at all and is likely to fail completely.
