Step 1:
survive the first few rounds. Glorfindel quests and Denethor defends. Swarm allies.
Step 2:
flip the contract for Helm of Secrecy and Steward of Gondor. Denethor now has 4 resources you use to play helm, so for his 8+4 threat cost you can swap him for either Boromir for good atk or Ingold / Gildor Inglorion for draw. Put Steward on your new hero. They are allowed to get resources from it, because they aren't your starting hero.
