This is probably the best I could come up with for Dale archetype with just the RCO content.
Remember to spawn Grey Cloak manually if you test decks on dragncards, it's bugged there (your deck will consist only of 47 cards upon uploading).
This deck is all about boosting willpower and stats of characters. Many of your allies will not exhaust to quest with proper attachments, so make use of that (the Grey Cloak can be VERY useful here - you may discard it to prevent engagement and if you play a new card on this same ally next round you will probably draw another card).
I was considering putting Círdan the Shipwright with Narya here instead of Lanwyn to maximize the use of allies, but this would mean that Traffic from Dale would be playable only on Brand son of Bain so I would have to include Steward of Gondor to boost the economy (which I didn't want to do). Plus I would have to add some additional threat reduction and I couldn't justify placing that many cards here. Lanwyn is cool and underappreciated. She might not work perfectly in the first core set scenario as very few cards surge there, but she can be truly great in other quests!
