This is the current incarnation of my earlier "Lords of the Second Age" deck. I've traded Galadriel's threat freezing for Arwen's resource generation. I've also included more Noldor discard elements. The deck plays as a slower control deck. It runs best with a copy of Elven-light in the starting hand and then either Light of Valinor, Vilya, or A Burning Brand. This lets you get your questing and defending elements up early.
While principally a questing and threat-control deck, it does have enough attack power in Glorfindel, Quickbeam, and Treebeard to take on most quests solo. It can struggle on some of the Against the Shadow quests that are really enemy heavy.
While used mainly as a solo deck, it plays pretty well in multiplayer as it does not depend on a lot of popular, unique allies and attachments. Nor does it have to have any of its unique attachments to work. This is why the deck can get away with playing several one-of's.
I haven't really worked out a sideboard yet, so that currently contains cards I have used with some success in earlier versions of the deck.
