This is the recommended starting deck that appears on the back of the booklet that came with The Black Riders set. I've decided to add it to the database as most of the hobbit decks I've seen span several expansions, and for people just starting out in the game, e.g. they can feel a little left out. Recommend you pair it up with a spirit deck if you're going two-handed.

How does one 'pay' for Frodo's Intuition when in a non-BlackRiders game? Is it any resource?

late response but if anyone else has the same question as k_rock, this deck is for the campaign mode, you get to use the fellowship sphere hero frodo and you have to use his resources for frodo's intuition
