Mulligan for Strider and Elrond's Counsel. A Resourceful is also helpful, but less important than the Strider card. (Honestly, Elrond's Counsel isn't necessary until you want to go into secrecy in order to play the Resourceful, Courage Awakened, etc.). The idea is to power up Aragorn to massive levels, with Arwen acting as resource generation and questing support. With Tale of TinĂºviel, Arwen can also help Aragorn in combat (provided that she is ready).
This deck probably needs to be paired with another deck that can cover for it while it ramps up, but once Aragorn is powered up, this deck should be able to hold its own quite well. If desired, the six allies (particularly Elladan and Elrohir when there are few or no orc enemies), can be swapped out for some of the sideboard cards.
For a full thematic win, pair with a Noldor, Dunedain, Rohan, or Gondor deck (since Aragorn joined all these factions during his travels prior to the Lord of the Rings).
