This deck focuses primarily on keeping your threat low and questing.
Starting Threat=23
Strategy
One of the cards that you'll want have in your starting hand is Hobbit Pony. This is not an ESSENTIAL card but it really makes Merry shine. Eowyn paired with Silver Harp and Merry with Hobbit Pony really make this deck tick. Stand and Fight is also a very nice card to have, you can use it to gain dead or discared (Eowyn's ability) allies from your teammates' deck. This allows you to grab some more defense or attack.
The Dúnhere-Merry combo has so much potential. Merry keeps your threat in the mid to low 20's allowing you to not engage most enemies and keep them in the staging area. Because of Merry, Dunhere can attack enemies in the staging area extremely often!
A few other good cards are Lórien Guide and Northern Tracker. They will help a lot with questing as most people already know.
