The Fords of Isen likes to punish players for having cards. It's also not friendly to attachments via some shadow effects, but that can usually be worked around.
With Arwen Undómiel's ability and a deck full of low-cost cards, it should be possible to keep fewer than five cards in hand most of the time, and a target of less than three should be possible.
Guardian of Rivendell can work well here because there is motivation to discard cards, and Stand and Fight makes it possible to discard a needed ally.
It should be painless to swap in sideboard cards for a couple of the 3x attachments, say ditching 1x Steed of the Mark and 1x The Favor of the Lady in favor of Hasty Stroke for example.
If cards-in-hand is less of a concern, or if it seems worth the risk to draw cards, Ancient Mathom and/or the ubiquitous Elven-light are there to help as well.
Not sure how this deck does against other quests but it seems like it has potential as a general purpose solo deck.
