After having quite a bit of fun with my fellowship of Noldor decks (http://ringsdb.com/fellowship/view/169/noldorian-might) I wanted to see if and how fast I can manage to get to the position that I can play Lords of the Eldar twice per turn, instead of just once which was quite awesome already - and without the help of a companion deck. Which leaves a lot of options for other Noldor to join the adventure and to profit from the constant presence of +2 to , , and .
I started with the premise that I wanted to play two Lords of the Eldar every turn, either one twice or two copies. Just for that I need to generate 6 resources per turn and have draw and discard two cards just to be able to play them again.
For the resources I settled on Steward of Gondor for the first two extra resources and on Arwen Undómiel for the last one. Arwen also takes care of one discard and Círdan the Shipwright lets me draw both and discard one, too. Since I want to get going as quickly as possible, I decided on Erestor on my third hero and match the spheres by playing Song of Travel on him.
The rest of the deck is there to get me to this point and to provide a reasonable number of Noldor allies to reap the profit of all the work. Narya is just another way to buff up and use your army of elves.
So far I have been able to have everything ready in round 6 to 7 with no cards left in my deck. I haven't tried the deck solo and the other player always took care of encounter card cancelation and their share of combat in the beginning. Later on Erestor and Gildor Inglorion can handle most of the defense and the rest of the Noldor usually make sure they don't stay around.
I hope you like the deck and enjoy it as much as I do.
