My approach on a thematic Rohan deck. Try to get Herugrim and Snowmane as soon as possible on Théoden, so you use him for questing every round. If successful, you can use him afterwards either as strong attacker or as defender against lesser enemies.

Éowyn is your primary questing ressource. Her 4 willpower are a good basis, which can be expanded to 5 willpower by discarding an obsolete card. Silver Harp is just a good your her, to bring her to 5 willpower every round without sacrificing a card.

Éomer is your main attacker. Bring Firefoot and although weird the Rohan Warhorse as second mount on Éomer. Song of Travel is necessary, to produce more ressources, since most of the deck is from the sphere.

Regarding the allies, most card are focused on questing and site control. The non-unique allies are relatively weak in theit battle stats, so they can be just used as chump blockers. Gamling can be used to save important allies from being discarded. Háma is your option as strong defender. When using him, you should have Gamling ready, to save him from being discarded.

Silver Harp sounds like Favour Lady ^^

You are right, The Favor of the Lady is another option. I choose Silver Harp just to tryout this relatively new card and because it can also save you from discarding by treachery.
