I wanted here to build a thematic Rohan deck.
The idea if to take advantage of Gúthwinë to counter the main issue of the deck : the lack of draw. If you have Gúthwinë in your opening hand with a Snowbourn Scout or a Westfold Horse-breeder, you can put it into play for free, use it to defend against an enemy and take it back when Théoden destroys it. If you don't have one of these allies, Erkenbrand can defend in the early turns. With Gúthwinë, it is somewhat you draw to card by turn.
The most important card is Snowmane and you definitely must have it in your opening hand to put Théoden to the quest and then attack.
The only non-Rohan allie is Envoy of Pelargir to dispatch ressources a little because you often have to much cards in hand.
The side quests are here for fun. They are powerful, but the scenarios don't leave us enough time to complete them. May be the deck will be more powerful without them.
