What makes a good man go neutral? Lust for gold? Power? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?
Strategy is reasonably straightforward. Look for Resourceful early on whilst you're still in secrecy. Use The Seeing-stone to trigger Keys of Orthanc, (even when you've seen all your Sarumans) Radagast to hoard all the resource tokens so other players shout at you and Narya to ready White Tower Watchman for that all-important attack boost.
Testing went surprisingly well, I managed to beat Passage Through Mirkwood. Once. In Easy Mode. And I didn't even use Radagast's action to heal damage from Ungoliant's Spawn that time.
Overall, I have no strong feelings one way or the other about this deck.
