Dori and Caldara

This fellowship uses Amarthiúl (preferably with an Armored Destrier for initial combat while the discards of Éowyn and Arwen Undómiel set up Caldara to boost the questing. Dori will provide sentinel defense for Caldara's deck earlier, or boost Amarthiul for tougher opponents, eventually boost Arwen or Eowyn when they get action advantage, and finally may end up as an attacker if not needed to boost. There's plenty of mounts to go around, and Elven-light plus Arwen's ability and Steward of Gondor can create almost terrifying card draw for the Caldara deck.
