In light of the latest solo deck, I got the advice of DukeWellington to build a deck around either Sam Gamgee or Treebeard (see http://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/1493). Since I do like the Hobbits whenever your threat is low, I took the advice to make this solo Sam deck. This is in the last part of the journey in the books where Sam Gamgee stands alone in Mordor with no other heroes helping him. But he can do fine on his own.
As you can see, this deck is dual sphere, the main card I wanted to add was Fast Hitch, since that would have Sam Gamgee ready for multiple actions besides his own readying effect. This also works to ready him whenever you are engaged by an enemy with a lower engagement cost than your threat. Cram is also a readying effect if you can't play cards yet. To achieve this dual sphere, Song of Wisdom is included to give Sam Gamgee the resource icon. If you can't think of such a wise song, remember how fine the harvest in the Shire was that year. This will led you play your cards for one phase.
Allies are quite fast to hit the table since both you trusted pony and Rivendell Scout are free to play while your threat is under 20. Additional allies can be put onto the table with Timely Aid and A Very Good Tale. Targets for those cards are the more expensive Haldir of Lórien, Faramir and Gildor Inglorion. All three are also good targets to slap that Sword-thain on for the additional hero.
Defence with Sam Gamgee works quite well once you get A Burning Brand on him (remember to first play that Song and with the Hobbit Cloak. If you are yet without the song, get the Staff of Lebethron to discard a shadow card.
Since hobbits aren't the beefiest of heroes if it comes to , Boots from Erebor and Bill the Pony are included to help boot Sam Gamgees hitpoints a bit. Additionally, Ent Draught can be played once Quickbeam hits the table for his . Undefended attacks can also be assigned to Barliman Butterbur. A bit of healing was necessary eventually so I included some of that as well.
Threat reduction is included with the free Needful to Know and with Gandalf who can be played repeatedly with Sneak Attack.
Resources are produced by the lovely Resourceful and Steward of Gondor to help you get back in the economy while still having one hero.
Attacking was a bit difficult in this deck since the and sphere's don't have a lot of to muster. Quickbeam and Anborn can help with that while Gimli can quest and then attack an enemy once it is revealed. To boost Sam Gamgee a little, he can now get 2 Dúnedain Marks to help him make some more use out of his continues readying.
As with all solo-hero decks, this deck needs some time to start working properly, when it does, you get a good deck to start helping others with the quest. There were some other cards I wanted to include for either theme or effectiveness in this deck, but 57 cards is already a lot.
If you have any suggestions for this deck or have an idea for the next Solo-Hero deck, please comment below. check out the other solo heroes here:

A bit too much cards. It isn't probable you are able to draw Song early...
