Now that we have two neutral heroes and a contract to go with them here is a fully neutral deck! Basic idea is to get Strider on Aragorn and get traits for Andúril and The Free Peoples. The only exception to the neutral concept, is White Tower Watchman using Narya and Andúril to actually make him useful.
Nice deck, I think Ranger of Cardolan would be great. Strider cannot be counted toward the card limit as Aragorn grabs from you collection. I think a third Flame of Anor would definetly be worthwhile. Just cut the Defender of the Naith. They don't even add to The Free Peoples once you have Elf-friend and Guardian of Rivendell. Thalion would help with willpower or whatever else is needed at the time. Personally, I would include a third Gandalf's Staff. While it can't give resources, you have no other card draw or shadow protection.
