A fun The Last Alliance deck combining ally shenanigans from both Gondor and Beornings.

Useful interactions:

The deck can make use of allies from four spheres, and the flexibility to flip between and an extra resource with Osbera lets the deck run a bit of healing and card draw while focusing on allies.

The crucial pieces are Birna and Beorning Skin-changer. But you can find these with Soldier of Dol Amroth and Beorning Pony pretty quickly. It's nice to have A Very Good Tale tale early, but unlike many ally spam decks, it's not absolutely critical in this deck because of the many ways to bring in an ally.

Questing can be an issue early game with only 4 available out the gate (assuming Denethor held back to defend), so you really want to find some help from allies early on. Fortunately, it's pretty easy to get another 1 or 2 on turn 1 with the many cheap options plus Denethor's resource acceleration. Once you get Faramir or Visionary Leadership, questing is no longer an issue. Adding a second copy of Faramir might be good against scenarios which require greater questing pushes early on.

In any case, I hadn't seen this combination published before and thought it offered some fun game play options with a lot of potential to customize (and optimize) further as needed. Even the hero lineup can be tweaked on the Gondor side, for instancem using either version of Boromir or Mablung to replace Hirgon. I do think it requires keeping Osbera, though, as the other Beorning heroes don't help with questing.

With all the resource acceleration, you definitely need card draw. Also, I doubt Derufin is worth it as he is not that good in general.

Surprisingly, I haven't found that I need too much card draw beyond what's already here. The discard pile effectively acts as an extension of your hand with Birna, Beorning Pony, Beorning Skin-changer, and the Knight of Belfalas. Derufin is one of the few threat reduction options that doesn't clog up the deck with non-allies, though it could be subbed out and just run Favor of the Valar (also, it's ranged for multiplayer help).
