BloodVigilante 105

'Then,’ said Glorfindel, ‘let us cast it into the deeps, and so make the lies of Saruman come true. For it is clear now that even at the Council his feet were already on a crooked path. He knew that the Ring was not lost for ever, but wished us to think so; for he began to lust for it for himself. Yet oft in lies truth is hidden: in the Sea it would be safe.’

The council listens to Glorfindel and they decide to chuck the Ring into the ocean. Círdan the Shipwright grants Aragorn and Glorfindel passage through the Grey Havens, with Aragorn bearing the Ring.

The idea of this deck is to pump up Aragorn with ready effects and hit-point boosts, making him into a questing, attacking, and defending monster. Doomed effects on Saruman and Deep Knowledge provide great value for next-to-no cost when using Aragorn's ability are crucial to the engine.

Attachments are a major part of the deck, and the various draw effects such as Daeron's Runes and Círdan's ability are used to find Master of the Forge, which can then find many crucial attachments such as Narya, Unexpected Courage, Asfaloth, and Light of Valinor.

This deck is very consistent and I have taken it through the Dreamchaser cycle (what other cycle would I do?) on nightmare, and it won in the first attempt in all except for A Storm on Cobas Haven, which took 4 attempts due to bad luck (Corsair Warship, because why not?), and City of Corsairs, which took three attempts just because that scenario on nightmare essentially requires a perfect start.

This is the first deck that I have put major effort in, and good luck with your ring-throwing endeavors!
