This has been a really fun secrecy deck that plays with a lot of versatility - easily adapted to willpower or combat-heavy quests, it ramps up surprisingly quickly and doesn't require a lot of effort to get setup in a variety of ways. In many games it has outpaced some of my "power" decks by mid-game. Depending on the scenario it might need from some ranged/sentinel multiplayer support early on while it gets its first few allies out, but is a strong contributor in the meantime. Here is the overall strategy:

Early Game: A good draw in the first few rounds gets Resourceful and Silver Harp on Cirdan, since this locks in the card draw and resource generation right away. Merry is critical for staying in secrecy and Elrond's Counsel and Galadriel's Handmaiden can help with this when needed. Light of Valinor and Strider are also nice cards to see early but not essential from the first draw. I usually put Strider on Merry since it allows him to stay ready for threat reduction, and options like Light of Valinor and Unexpected Courage are meant to consistently get some action advantage on Cirdan for Narya.

Mid-Late Game: Once Cirdan has Narya and the icon the mid game is all about getting strong attack/defense allies out that take advantage of the Narya stat boost like Glorfindel, Prince Imrahil, and Faramir. This is enabled by the resources and card draw from the early game, with help from A Very Good Tale and Tighten Our Belts. With these allies pulling double duty questing and boosted attacking/defending you can start taking on the enemies.

Sideboard: Leaf Brooch can be an amazing addition to this deck: For quest-heavy builds you can cycle Courage Awakened for free, and in combat-heavy builds Fair and Perilous and Lords of the Eldar can save you early before you get some allies and Narya out. For quests with a lot of threat increase then The Galadhrim's Greeting and Double Back can be nice options.

Cool deck. The one glaring omission is Celduin Traveler. Those guys are amazing in secrecy. 2 willpower for 1 resource, gives you scrying for a turn, and they are great targets for A Very Good Tale. Timely Aid might also be a good one for this deck.

You could potentially play Gandalf, I haven't played much Spirit decks but if your Threat-management is very good and can handle the 2 extra threat each turn it could definitely be worth it, this version doesn't commit to quest so his value is just insane.

@teamjimby thanks those are good suggestions! Not sure I've had an opportunity to play Celduin Traveler much it will be fun to try, and Timely Aid might be a good replacement for Tighten Our Belts since I was using that to pay for high cost allies.

@Gradak I've had Gandalf in several decks with Merry and it is indeed a nice combo, even better when I have the deck space to put some of his attachments in like Gandalf's Staff and Shadowfax. You are right though, just by himself the value is awesome especially if I can get him into play for free!
