I have recently been enamored by Prince Imrahil and have been thinking about making this deck for quite some time! I like the idea of trying to have Gondor send in the prince to aid Rohan, and he can do wonders for the Rohirrim!
The cards you want in your opening hand are Gamling, and Nor am I a Stranger. This allows for you to bring in allies to use their discard effect and then put them in your hand to put them on the board for a later use. Stand and Fight allows for you to bring something back incase you needed to discard an ally and Gamling was already exhausted.
My biggest debate was to either take Herugrim or Golden Shield to make Théoden offensive or defensive. Ultimately I decided offensive since most of the allies could either be chumps or strong defenders. Also, since Snowmane is not restricted for Théoden the Rohan Warhorse (or Armored Destrier for defense) would be a great addition to increase his effectiveness.
So many shenanigans so little time! Enjoy!

To double down on the theme, it would be cool to see a Gondor deck (of any style and flavor) across from this one that utilizes Mutual Accord. Cast that prior to We Do Not Sleep or in tandem with Visionary Leadership? Or both? For Gondor!? Lol seems like that would make for some good Campfire Tales to tell!
