I made a RNG table to help pull me out of a idea funk. I drew Tactics Eowyn, Lanwyn, and Fatty.

I decided that I could place Ring Mail on Fatty, with 2 he's a decent 4 5 defender. One Unexpected Courage for him, one for Lanwyn.

I've underestimated Fatty's ability, its not something you do every turn but if you really need just 1 or 2 more to clear a location or quest it comes in handy.

I have reliable threat reduction with Galadriel's Handmaiden, Elevenses, and Smoke Rings. I had more copies of The Galadhrim's Greeting before. You could play them for 1 resource with Good Meal, but I thought it didn't trigger consistently.

Wandering Took is here to get a Hobbit Pipe, the base of my card draw. Same with Sam Gamgee and Farmer Maggot.

Extra Arwen Undómiel and Bilbo Baggins can be fed to Glorfindel. Something like Elven-light would be better.

This deck can reach secrecy quickly with lucky draws.

This is not an optimal deck, its just a fun little experiment to think outside of the box.

Interesting concept. I love the core of it - and I love the idea of using Hobbit Pipe for card draw. It seems a little finicky, though

Even more, though, I really like the idea of the RNG hero table. That just sounds like a gateway to some really fun deck builds.

Oh, it doesn't work. Even when it has a strong start it will fizzle out because it requires to many cards in hand and on the board to work.

It is fun to roulette heroes though. Another user on FFG forums broke down the pros and cons of the system if you want to check that out.
