AlasForCeleborn 690
AlasForCeleborn has a newer deck inspired by this one: Signal the Riders
Step 1: Mulligan for readying (preferably Strider) and Narya. Step 2: Play readying and Narya on Cirdan (Elfhelm doesn't need the readying, aside from becoming a competent defender with Armored Destrier). Step 3: Drop big allies. Step 4: Use Narya to ready said big allies. Step 5: ??? Step 6: Profit!

Dec 27, 2018This deck was only made with 1 Core Set and the Dream-chaser cycle, minus TitD. Also, Light of Valinor or Snowmane could work as alternate readying, but, in addition to the potential for uniqueness clashes, Snowmane wouldn't allow you to Narya Faramir if you need an absurd boost during the quest phase, while, since this deck is definitely going to run 2 heroes, Strider frees up another player to use Light of Valinor. |
Dec 30, 2018That's a sound reasoning. |
No Light of Valinor for Círdan the Shipwright? You could go with that on Círdan the Shipwright and Strider on Elfhelm for maximun bonus. To go more with the Mount theme Snowmane could be an alternative.
