This is a super-powered Ent deck. The idea is to use the action advantage from Faramir and Narya to eliminate the disadvantage of Ents entering play exhausted. The deck does start with a ridiculous 38 threat, but it powers up fast enough and has enough threat reduction that threat shouldn't be an issue.
Cards to look for in an opening hand are Treebeard, Vilya, Steward of Gondor, Wizard Pipe, and Gandalf's Staff. You should be able to get two or more of those in hand to start each game. Steward of Gondor goes on Elrond to allow him to pay for all of the Ent allies. Gandalf's ability and Wizard Pipe allows you to set up the perfect play for Vilya. And Gandalf's Staff lets you accelerate your card draw or resources to get your board up and running quickly.
Light of Valinor goes on Elrond to allow him to quest and use Vilya, but if you're playing multiplayer with Glorfindel, you can let him have it and use Unexpected Courage on Elrond instead (though usually Elrond's stats are not needed after the first couple of turns). The other Unexpected Courage goes on Gandalf to allow him to use Narya and his stats each round, though again, once your board is set up, you usually don't need Gandalf to do anything other than ready Ents.
Erestor is in the deck to allow you to turn all your duplicate unique cards into hopefully more useful cards. Then there are a variety of Ents for all occasions. The Ent Draughts go on Derndingle Warriors to make them sturdier defenders, though you could also put one on Beechbone to add more direct damage, or Treebeard if he is doing a lot of defending for you. Treebeard's resources are best saved for even more action advantage, but can be used to get Ents into play in a pinch. The Wellinghall Preservers paired with Elrond's ability will keep your Ents healthy, and you can use Faramir or Narya to get even more healing by readying them multiple times per round.
The Galadhrim's Greeting and Elrond's Counsel will keep your threat from getting too high. Grim Resolve is an emergency card for that one big turn you need, and can either be paid for by Faramir's unused resources or played for free with Vilya.
