One of a pair of decks used to beat Tower of Cirith Ungol in Saga without outright breaking the theme. (we managed it on the 2nd try by the skin of our teeth)
The heroes include Galadriel and Arwen Undómiel with the idea that they are providing support and inspiration from afar (and incidentally, they will probably only quest during the game), same idea with Rosie Cotton.
The strategy is as follows: Mulligan or Gather Information for Steward of Gondor or Nenya. Both players will probably need to take the whole 5 threat from The Two Watchers (the low starting threat really helps here), so that you are able to kill it turn one. Try to get Mirror of Galadriel and Elven-lights after that, so you can get to as many cards as possible (you are going to need to see a lot of them to have a chance). Light of Valinor and Unexpected Courage go on Argalad to maximize his killing ability. Sam Gamgee should be your primary defender, so try to set him up and keep your threat low (mid- to late game you want to prioritize using all the threat reduction you have available)
