Here is an Hobbit deck I am trying to piece together, centered around making the most out of A Very Good Tale thanks to Secrecy cost reduction, Drinking Song amazing card draw and The Shirefolk nice thread reduction.

Any comment and ideas are quite welcome

Nice deck! I can think of Arwen Undómiel or Quickbeam as allies that would probably deserve a place in your deck. And Rosie Cotton is great with a Fast hitch and the Arkenstone!

Why you don't play some healing cards like Warden of Healing?

I really wanted to avoid abusing Rosie Cotton, basically every Hobbit deck uses her and I feel a little bored about it. Kinda the same for Quickbeam, it's basically so convenient it's everywhere I wanted to avoid that. I did not take into consideration Arwen Undómiel cause another deck I use this with, a Noldor one, has her hero version, but you are right that in a more general setting she is a welcome addition. That other Noldor deck also provides the healing (and I only have three copies of the Warden) with Elrond as the linchpin.
