A Mono-Leadership Gondor (well, mostly) swarm deck that I used against Flight of the Stormcaller.
Dúnedain Warnings go on Denethor, along with Steward of Gondor and Rod of the Steward (who else!). Boromir gets Heir of Mardil for readying when Denethor passes him a resource. In Service of the Steward is for Balin, in case you run short of shadow-cancelling resources.
Strength of Arms was a game-winner for me, being able to commit characters to sailing + questing and then have everyone ready to attack made for a couple of huge rounds, including damaging the Stormcaller enough for a Sneak Attack + Gandalf to finish it off at the beginning of the next turn.
The deck is a little light on card draw, as in I often didn't have many cards in hand. Rod did help, as did Gandalf once but I was always spending my resources each round, and given the sheer quantity of allies in this deck I wasn't really struggling to play anything.
