Good questing power due to Théoden, and Legolas doesn’t quest but instead kills enemies and contributes quest progress that way, ideally via Hands Upon the Bow or Quick Strike before the enemy even attacks. There’s a version with Éowyn as well, but Mablung allows for Proud Hunters and Oath of Eorl. Mulligan to find an early weapon and Foe-hammer. Late game, after Legolas has two weapons, Rúmil can get some weapons as well and dish out quite a bit of damage too.
This can play well solo, but it’s also nice in multiplayer, especially when paired with Lore healing and/or Spirit treachery defense. I like having this built to give to new players, since it’s a powerful mono color deck that’s fun to play and kill enemies, and helps to illuminate the important timing steps.
