This is one of the 2 decks for Shelob's Lair in my Thematic Saga run (which includes the 2 PoD quests that are inserted after the 1st quest in Black Riders.) I beat the quest twice in 3 tries on Easy Mode with the Fellowship.
Boons: Brace of Coneys.
Burdens: The Searching Eye
Best cards to see in your opening hand are probably Fast Hitch and Unexpected Courage. Being able to ready both Beregond and Frodo is extremely important.
I used Song of Wisdom from the other deck to give Beregond A Burning Brand. I used the pre-nerf version of A Burning Brand, since that is what was active when this quest came out --- and the nerf hasn't been officially published in the FAQ yet.
Don't forget that all of the traps are effectively a card draw!!!! So even though most of them won't be in play for long, they are very beneficial.
