Marcelf 1368

Marcelf has a newer deck inspired by this one: The Twin Hunters

A thematic 3 Hunters deck based on the Twins.

Fellowship is a proxy for the forthcoming 3 Hunters contract.

Thanks to Durins_Father who reminded me that Fair and Perilous was great in this deck!

Lol, I had this exact idea in my "build" section for a while, you beat me to it! :P

Sorry about that^^ Do you have the same cards in your deck ? Of course Steward of Gondor and Gondorian Shield could be great here, but I wanted to build something more thematic.

Similar to yours though I'm not a fan of Gondolin Blade or Dagger. Opted for some Dunedain attachments (which aren't restricted I know but they're nice to have) and Steed of Imladris. A couple of Silver Harp also though I'm thinking that's probably not needed so that could leave me some room for Feint.

One main difference was instead of Sterner, I went for Proud Hunters given that their ready effect requires resources.

And also noticed I included Unexpected Courage which you hadn't. I think because I was focusing a lot on ready effects.

Unexpected Courage was in my deck until I realize that Steed of the North is better here because it's restricted. Proud Hunters is nice, but I don't really like its lack of consistency, and I don't know if the deck needs so many resources. The only expensive card is Ancestral Armor, and I was wondering if Captain's wisdom would be better to pay for Ancestral Armor.

And without Sterner, how do you deal with shadow effects?

By sucking them up like a man! :D Lol! I probably haven't done the quests that pound you with nasty shadows yet! I can certainly see its worth though, maybe swap Proud and Sterner as a sideboard thing.
