Uncertain _Sage has a newer deck inspired by this one: Elladan and Elrohir can't count to 3

Kind of a hair braided deck built so that at least one of the bothers can quest each turn. needs Strider or A Good Harvest + Light of Valinor to work

Elrohir gets Steward of Gondor and keeps his resources so he is ready to defend Elladan pays for weapons to trigger three hunters.

Why not use some Steed of the North so that even if they go to the quest they will still be ready if an enemy engages? Celebrían's Stone can also help to get a Spirit resource, but perhaps the easiest way would be to include a third Spirit hero, perhaps Arwen Undómiel

Give Orcrist to Elladan and you can mow down an entire army.

I actually like this idea a lot, two unexhausted heroes questing for a bunch, possibly able to take three or four enemies without issue.
