Set-up:
Quickbeam gets Ent Draught, Magic Ring and 3x Self Preservation.
Elrond gets A Burning Brand, Cloak of Lórien (and Ent Draught).
Folco Boffin gets Ent Draught.
Mulligan for Treebeard and Self Preservation or Warden of Healing. Healing is vital in the first round to get Quickbeam going. And the sooner Treebeard is out the better.
Strategy:
Elrond is used to defend. In early game you might need to quest with him until you have some questing Ent Alies out.
Folco Boffin is also mainly used to quest.
Quickbeam and all his positively hastened Ent-friends should take care of all combat and a good amount of willpower.
