Mulligan for Vilya and quest with everyone.

This is not a very serious deck, only a silly idea to try and hoard willpower. I never tried the deck actually, but I thought it would be funny to stack the effects of:

That would give any ally +6 or 5 WP.

you can also doing it with outlands. no book of westmarch, no power of command, but

is +5 for every outland not only uniques. add visionary leadership and the gondor-ones get additional +1 and you do not need the guarded attachement

make faramir hero and use him twice is additional +1 for everyone.

@doomguard I agree that it's probably easier to achieve high WP numbers with an Outlands deck like you suggest. It's more realistic in terms of consistency, but hypothetically I think the total WP wouldn't be as high because of the lower starting WP allies of the Outlands.
