I'd add Deeping Defender x3, some threat reduction, and maybe The One Ring for Fastred (with Inner Strength, of course), for some early game defense. It also seems smart to add 1 more Spear of the Mark, for reliability reasons, and so you can maybe get 2 on Dúnhere.

Everything @Truck said. I'd also consider removing Steed of the Mark. The bottom line is it simply costs too many resources. You're better off with a copy our two of Snowmane. Citadel Plate might end up sucking your resources dry too. Alternate options may be Raiment of War or Round Shield. I'd imagine your deck runs okay as is. These are just some things which could make it even better
