This is the questing deck built to deal with 'The Hobbit' saga boxes using cards from those boxes plus the first two cycles.

The aim of this side is to pump out Dwarves to provide willpower with the Dáin Ironfoot buff and sheer strength of numbers. It also deals with location management with cards like Thror's Map, Thrór's Key and Strider's Path to dodge horrendous Travel effects.

The hero line-up gets the Dwarven party started early. You can usually get a 1- or 2-cost Lore Dwarf into play on the first turn which a) drops your threat and b) gets Ori's ability going. This is the main thing to mulligan for.

Getting Legacy of Durin down early turbo-charges your card draw even further. This gets you through to the Dwarves you need depending on which quest you're up against. Miner of the Iron Hills deals with irritating condition attachments and Erebor Hammersmith grabs your attachments (or your partner's) back into hand.

Arwen Undómiel turns Bombur into a respectable defender, or you can use her to buff the partner-deck's defenders. The Galadhrim's Greeting will usually be used on the other deck since Nori generally lowers your threat lower than the starting point. Warden of Healing helps out with defending when The Swarm has to take over Bombur's defending duty.

Unexpected Courage usually goes across the table to make sure that Dáin Ironfoot stays ready to help you massacre anything that leaks over to your side of the table. Ori, Bifur and Dori all have 3 with Dáin Ironfoot ready, which is pretty handy in a pinch.
