Celebrian 30
Hobbits are super fun and very resourceful! Sam Gamgee does so much freakin work in this deck. In campaign mode he can have Skilled Healer and Beyond All Hope which buffs him up to be able to take a lot of damage. Throw a Hobbit Cloak, a couple of Fast Hitch, Protector of Lórien, A Burning Brand, and Sting on him and he can basically do everything himself. He is a super blocker and can deal damage with Sting and is also doing some serious questing! Merry is hanging out with Sam Gamgee ready to smash face with a pair of Dagger of Westernesse. It's nice to get yet another chance to ready Sam. I would be possible to have him ready 5 times in a round I think. (Let me know if I'm missing something!) Bilbo Baggins is basically chilling while giving card draw and getting resources with Steward of Gondor on him. Frodo Baggins is helping with questing mostly.
