I am having a lot of fun with two hero secrecy decks lately (I am still early in the games content). Not the most popular type of deck, but I find the access to Timely Aid and Resourceful make up for the lack of a third hero.

I set out to make a wealthy Gloin deck, and this is where I ended up. This deck has three themes:

  1. Golden Glóin- There is a whole heap of attachments for Glóin here. Most notable are Song of Mocking, Narvi's Belt, Citadel Plate and Self Preservation making him a damage sponge and resource generator at the same time.

  2. SShhh, the eagles- Funded by Glóin Radagast, a jacked up Eagles of the Misty Mountains are a realistic goal. Add to that Support of the Eagles and you can have some pretty tough dwarves on your hands.

  3. Useful in the early game- The trouble with secrecy decks can be their relative weakness in the early game, especially if they are not taking primary responsibility for question. However, Dúnedain CacheDúnedain WatcherHaldir of Lórien allows this deck to get stuck into enemies without engaging them.

*I have avoided the Gandalf/ Sneak Attack combo and Steward of Gondor on purpose because I feel like I have come to rely on them too much
