This is my deck for The Seventh Level playing progression style!
Strategy: Put the Book of Mazarbul on Dáin Ironfoot so he can quest and keep his ability active. I will then make sure to attach Celebrían's Stone and Protector of Lórien to him so when he quests he can quest with 7 willpower if needed. Before progressing try and get an Unexpected Courage attached to him so you can continue to easily quest in stage two once the Book is removed.
I like putting Narvi's Belt Steward of Gondor and Blade of Gondolin onto Dwalin to be the resource generator. This also helps take care of the Orcs with a 4 attack (2 from Dwalin, one from Dáin Ironfoot and one from Blade of Gondolin)
Toss a Citadel Plate and Blade of Gondolin onto Gimli so he can swing for basically infinity and do some questing in the meantime!
